Brampton Obedience Trainers are highly skilled and knowledgable drawing on over 35 years experience in the field of professional dog training. Instructors are experienced in competitive obedience trials and training, flyball, agility and schutzhund.

Owner and head trainer, Sheena Rodda, is also the co-founder of the Brampton Obedience School Pet Therapy Program and has twice qualified in an Ontario Court as an expert witness to testify on dog behaviour.

Brampton Obedience offers training classes in the following levels:

Kindergarten Puppy Training (KPT):
Kindergarten Puppy Training ensures that your new puppy has the best start possible. Eliminate the problems associated with rearing a puppy and lay the foundation for the future. Learn more...

Novice:
The first level in formal training for your dog. Novice training teaches you how to train your dog in basic obedience commands. It is at this level that communication and control is established, providing you the owner with the knowledge and skill to develop a happy working relationship with your pet. Learn more...
Graduate Novice:
This is the second level of formal training. It is in this level that more emphasis is put on off-leash handling and control. Should the owner wish to compete for the CD (Companion Dog) title in sanctioned obedience trials, Graduate Novice will prepare the handler and dog for such events. Learn more...

Open:
Open training is the next level up from Graduate Novice, where dogs and handlers are taught proper retrieval and jumping techniques, off-leash healing is further perfected along with a single-command drop-on-recall. The dogs are taught how to jump over hurdles and retrieve a dumbell on command. Should the owner wish to compete for the CDX (Companion Dog Excellence) title in sanctioned obedience trials, Open will prepare the handler and dog for such events. Learn more...
